I offer non-judgmental support for clients regardless of their eating preferences, lifestyle or personal beliefs. My program is designed to hold the space and allow clients to find their own flow and make their own rules which in turn lets them make realistic lifestyle changes.
I offer heart-to-heart compassionate care for all my clients. My approach is one of respect, kindness and measured discipline. I am deeply passionate about my work and use my intuition and experience to provide personalized, holistic and continuous care.
The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I support clients to make positive changes that are based on their unique needs, lifestyle and preferences.
My goal is to empower clients so they can make the right choices for themselves while maintaining balance and ease in their lives. I don't believe in extreme diets, extreme detoxes or anything that has a 'band-aid' type of approach. Through my program I support my clients so they can make long term changes that are gradual and lasting.
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
